Looking at the books I have here, it looks like the
dash of a 330 or a 275. Both had 2 small gauges one beside another in the
middle.

Miles had several Ferraris during his lifetime, but the photograph
you speak of was part of a set of photos, some show Miles resting on the
front fender of the car - a 275 GTB.
He also had a Fly-Yellow 308 during the later stages of his
life/career.

Just got back from a Miles Davis
exhibition here in Montreal's Metropolitan Museum of Art. There was
a huge black and white picture of Miles in his Ferrari.
Sort of taken from the backseat. So, the only way to see it's a
Ferrari is by the logo on the steering wheel. That Ferrari was
mentioned over again a few times in the exhibition. He seemed to have
driven it a lot in the early sixties.
The picture shows, through the steering
wheel, 1 big gauge on the left, and I presume another big one on the
right, with 2 small gauges in the middle. Plus some sort of a heather
and/or A/C control stick going left to right under the 2 small
gauges.
Anybody knows which Ferrari he had
?
