Reeves Callaway gave me a VHS of the engine development and testing

of the "Top Gun" Corvette and the magazine test itself.  Reeves was

going to do the driving himself, but chickened out and let someone

else do it.  Don Sherman, If I remember, but I'll have to review the

tape to be sure.

I also have a special breakout book from RT that dedicates one entire issue to that top speed test.

 

So...I'm wondering...where is the video for all of these historic tests? I know all of the magazines record them...the editing and production jobs will cost a fortune.
