ne of the few times (maybe the only time) I saw a Esprit on the road he was approaching on a 2 lane road - that car was soooo wide! I wasn't sure I'd be able to get past him!

Don't know about where you are but here, even TR4's, MGB's, GT6's, 356's, and E-Types are as unusual to see as the exotics you mentioned - (except at a carshow of course) - I have *never* seen a Daytona, Miura, BB, or M1 on the road in my Life! Have ya'll? Most are magazine photos only. A few at car shows - used to see a 308/328 once in a while though... my boss had a 328GTSi which helped ;-)

The cars I mentioned - Triumph, MG, Jag, etc - it used to be you couldn't swing a dead cat without hitting one - now they as rare as can be. Wish it wasn't so....

Now, I'm F-in with all of you...

Daytona and Miura????

Come on!

Even today, I'll still take off my pants and throw them into a tree if I see a Daytona, Miura, Countach, BB, Pantera, Ghibli, Bora, M1, 308, or an Esprit.

They're super exotics then...and even more NOW.

Hahaha...FG, I know you're F-in with us.

Haha, thanks.....I was worried my trillion posts about removing power steering from 355s was forgotten. :)

They don't look to exotic to me...I've seen both car about 50 times each over the last few years.

Man, that's a shame bro. You're a little too jaded for this stuff....I get that we all see the newer cars a lot but Miuras and Daytonas are a good once every few years thing for me!

Some of my more fond exotic car in the wild memories have been with these two cars...

A daytona parked at a restaurant near my old house circa '99....totally unexpected. The look and the sound resonated enough with me that I definitely desired the car a lot more than I ever did seeing them in pics.

Then a few years later, a Miura going down the boulevard....I heard something, immediately looked up and recognized it. It was quite a loud car and sounded menacing.

Anyways good times. Please report back to us when you're bored with SEFACs and NART Spyders...

Hehe. ;)
