Tis true tis true - Stuttgart, loosely stud farm, uses the horse as the city badge.  Porsche, after leaving Gmund Austria, resettled in Stuttgart next to the Reutter body business in Stuttgart to build their cars.  Porsche eventually bought Reutter body business and Reutter went into the seat business as Recarro.  The contraction of REutter and CARROsarie.

I believe there is some truth that Baracca's horse had its origin form the same place the Stuttgart horse originated from. Not sure where I heard this but I rember the source as being credible!
