Hello,
Getting a prescription for a paddle shifted 458 should be easy!
I've had 3 providers offer me scripts for the highest powered wheel chair I can find! I'm waiting as I hope I won't need one too much longer, Lord willing.
The oddest script I ever saw (and why the bearer would tell anyone?) was for the Mexican fellow's German wife to have sex with him once ever two weeks.
The script wasn't filled apparently by her as he ended up with a string of younger replacements. C'est la Vie!
