Picture this - Summer time, Los Angeles County Fair Grounds, also known as "Fairplex" where the huge parking lot is turned into an all auto swap meet rivaling Hershey.

Large Hispanic men with their shirts off, walk the miles of outdoor booths and selling spaces in small groups.  No gang tattoos are seen.  However, not often, but often enough, here comes a young man in a wheel chair, other shirtless members walk by with round scars in the belly, shoulders, or back.  Others with jagged scars in the belly.  They are polite, just want to find a 1950's externally mounted swamp cooler for their period Chevy.

Yeah, Fairplex in the summer - very interesting.  You can even find car parts there.
