I have decided to take my ac condenser out to help
with the airflow in front. The ac does not work and I don't know why, but I've
been driving without it for 9 years. So, why try to fix it ($$$$$) if I'm not
going to use it anyway.
Here are my questions:
1- It looks like I need to take the front hood off
before I start, right ?
2- I can only see 2 bolts on top, even in the
manual (tav.42), holding both the radiator and the condenser together. Are there
any more hiding somewhere ? Can it be that simple ?
3- Do I have to also take the radiator out
?
4- After disconnecting the 2 pipes (#11, #14 tav
42) can I just cover their ends and leave them there ?
I was thinking that if I need to take the radiator
out, I may as well send it to a specialized shop and have it all cleaned up and
/or redone or whatever the term is. I'll paint it myself
afterwards.
Thanks for the help !
