302 328 do not have adjustable suspension they are fixed shocks and no way to 
adjust

I looked in my parts manuals and the drawings show a tad difference.  BUT, 
that said, its worth a look at the real McCoy.

Thanks also for the lead for the special wrench.  Reasonable price too.
