Look on the brightside

A lot of Ferrari's have looked terrible in photographs recently: remember how bad the Enzo looked at first? Or the California which looks quite good in person...

The FF has 651 bhp, 504 lb ft which is pretty serious power. 0-60 in 3.7 and 18 mpg.

Its even got luggage space! And the rear seats fold down for even more cargo room. Remember the Reliant Scimitar? If you saw Top Gear on Sunday they mention that a company is building "new" old Scimitars for 105,000.00 each....there is a market.

Personally I don't think the car is beautiful but I am keeping an open mind. I thought the 612 was ugly until it grew on me and I had a ride around Donington Park in one in September and the performance blew me away! It was so fast it hurt. The FF has four wheel drive, four seats and room for luggage. Its a daring (is that the right word?) shape but I can see it as pretty useable and the front end is mean looking. It looks great plwing through the snow!

Heck if they depreciate like mad I may even be able to get one some day but at least it doesn't look like every other car out there and if you don't like it there are always other Ferrari models to lust after.

(I like the 599 as well so if that makes me nuts in the style department so be it!)

Britt

News in the future:
"FLASH - Three weeks ago Ferrari delivered its first FF cars to US dealers.

Sales staff are now undergoing new and improved sales techniques as taught to barkers at county fairs, girlie shows on Broadway, San Francisco and mongers in front of Tijuana gentlemen's clubs on Avenido De Revolution Blvd flagging would be customers inside their dens of inequity.

We shall see how this works."
Just my take - I could be wrong.
