The car has approximately 39,900 miles on it, it is in great mechanical condition. Its Rosa Corsa with the standard tan interior. A complete major service (have pictures) was completed in October of 2008 by St. Louis Ferrari as well as a new complete clutch, four new Michelin Pilots on custom Ferrari wheels (with center lugs), a new alternator, rotors were replaced, new brake calipers on the rear brakes, new brake pads all around, new hoses, upgraded air conditioning system (blows cold) and more were done at the same time. I recently (Aug) had to replace the battery. The car has just had a oil and filter change and a new state(TX) inspection completed. I added a Pioneer mp3/cd tuner that was professionally installed along with a Kenwood amplifier, crossovers and MB Quart tweeters and mid-range speakers as well as a JLAudio sub-woofer a short time later. This stereo upgrade was completed without changing the original interior look of the car. The fabric top is in excellent shape and condition except for a small (approx. 4") cut that was done and was repaired on the driver's side of the car. The paint is still very glossy and clean with only a few very minor door dings, the interior is excellent but is not perfect. The carpet is clean and is showing very little wear. The seats have been cleaned, conditioned and dyed. There is currently a Momo steering wheel on the car but I do have the original steering wheel that I will include. I also have a complete tool kit and spare tire and wheel that appear to have never been used as well as the original owner's manuals.
To my knowledge this car has never been raced or spent any time on a track. The custom conversion was the last of four Testarossa conversions done by Coachworks Motorbuilders in Orlando, FL and was completed in 1990 in Orlando Fl making this one of a very few Testarossa Spyders in existence. With the simple press of a button it can be driven either as a full convertible, or a targa version with a solid rear glass or as a coupe. It has been structurally reinforced with steel running longitudinally underneath to help with rigidity. Apparently Ferrari only produced two in the factory? I have a complete maintenance history on this car for your inspection. I have had the pleasure of owning this great car the last 2+ years and have always tried to do the best I could to take a lot of pride in caring for her and have enjoyed this time with virtually problem-free driving experiences. This car is ready to drive! The asking price for this car is $55,000 USD.
Please don't hesitate to contact me for pictures or with any questions that I may answer for you about this fantastic automobile. |
