My first Porsche was in 1969 - a '69 912 with dealer installed mono AM-FM

I recall going to the car and just sitting in it listening to the radio and smelling the newness.

The radio dial light changed from light green (AM) to red for the FM

Following the model of self-help groups I write :  My name is Rick Lindsay and I bought a Porsche.

Yes, I still have my 308GTB, and the other classics, but I traded my mild-manered Mercedes sedan in on a deep metallic blue (with tan leather) Porsche Caymen. And just to be clear, its water cooled, mid-engine and rear wheel drive, just as God intended.

Now back to your regularly scheduled programs.
