Gary, if you have access, check out the period road tests of the Strada and Corsa versions. They were nothing short of amazing...not surprising considering the skills of Bizz.

The cars are absolutely gorgeous as you probably know from seeing them at Monterey or other vintage events.

I've ridden in a "regular" 5300, a small block Corsa "rivet car" and a very, very limited 7.4 liter "GT America"...incredible dynamics and they've rightfully soared in value over the last ten years.

Wow!!  Love that styling.

It's amazing how far back the V8 is mounted.

Doug, you're right once again!!!

The Bizz was a master...his 5300 was pure hotness.

I recently rode in one of the exposed rivet comp cars and my cahones were tingling. Amazing car, amazing engineer.

>>Dale notes "I agree the 612 GTO is what Ferrari should be selling, not the "FF".  Its hard to believe stylists in the same country could produce both designs."

Yeah, me too.  And it was hard for me to believe that Giotto Bizzerrini, who designed the 250 TR, the 250 GT SWB and the 250 GTO, went on to design his own namesake which kinda looked like a sled and dropped a Chevy engine in it.

Alas - they do make an interesting car to look at the Monterey Historics tho.
