Keep in mind the automotive press has not been kind to Ferrari until recent years. Back in the day they would tear them apart, and when compared to other cars, Porsche especially. They would always find something to complain about and with the compettition today, Ferrari cannot afford bad press. Now more than ever the cars are sold to people who can afford them, not that want them specifically and in much higher numbers.

They've lowered themselves to everyone else's level.

Ferrari is worse actually, and been at it for some time now....

In some cases they don't allow any tests, like the F50 at some point, and the Enzo was never allowed to test at the Ring.
