Ah yesh - I noticed. When I first saw the F50 the day it was released
in Los Angeles, CA, and heard it start up cold, I was so disappointed.
Disappointed you say? Ayep.
John Amet, Regional Tech Advisor, and Eric, Super Tech, were prepping
the car for the evenings get together of a 1,000 of our closet
friends.
Eric reaches in and turns the key to ON then pushes the starter
button. Car fires up. That's it - starts right up and hums.
DANG - not that I was expecting Tony Pedregons funny car - but starting right
off and humming along quite happy was disappointing. Shoot - it shoulda
been a bit lumpy and idle about 3,000 rpm.
Ah well - nice set up tho I don't think I would not
want to take that long trip in it - you know - more than 50 miles. But I
am guessing - any real life experiences out here?
