Wow, a little narrow isn't that? No burgundies (try any number of excellent
chardonnays from burgundy with very light oak), st. Emilion, rhones, loires,
alsace, not to mention Italy, Chile, Argentina, Oz and on and on?

The top bordeaux are lucious (like the St. Julien's especially) but having them
exclusively would be like having lobster for dinner every night.

I am storing about 65 bottles of top Australian wines for a former boss who
lives in London. He has said to sample some from time to time just to make sure
they are keeping well. Yum yum! I wonder what the statute of limitations is
to claim them all for my own? ;-)

The world of wine is too varied not to enjoy that variety IMO.

YMMV
