An oldie but a goodie!

Off to F40 Motorsports (Wayne Carini) open house in a bit. See if I can get the 400i on camera. :-)
I tell the sex in canoe joke every time I drink it with my European friends...

Got it. BTW the Coors Light is the most appropriate to drink while on a boat since both are near water anyway!

When on the road, I drink (and eat) what the locals eat.Last week was NYC with a catered dinner around the harbor, Coors Light seemed appropriate. I'm in Sao Paulo the week after next, back to NYC the following week, Germany the week after, home for two weeks and then I'll try some nice South African wines before I head into Kruger National Park.Even if I ate lobster at home every night, it would not be all that often...On Sat, May 7, 2011 at 8:33 AM, <jashburne [at] aol.com> wrote:
Wow, a little narrow isn't that? No burgundies (try any number of excellent chardonnays from burgundy with very light oak), st. Emilion, rhones, loires, alsace, not to mention Italy, Chile, Argentina, Oz and on and on?
The top bordeaux are lucious (like the St. Julien's especially) but having them exclusively would be like having lobster for dinner every night.
I am storing about 65 bottles of top Australian wines for a former boss who lives in London. He has said to sample some from time to time just to make sure they are keeping well. Yum yum! I wonder what the statute of limitations is to claim them all for my own? ;-)
The world of wine is too varied not to enjoy that variety IMO.
YMMV
