I did this a couple of years ago on my 81 308 GTSi the injectors part number (AutohausAZ) 0437502047 were $20.39 then. I got the injector rubber from Superformance 114661 3.95 each.
Birdmans site ( I think I sent you a link) has a good description in the cleaning injector - considering the price for the injectors I don't know why they bothered cleaning them.
