I have used cat litter on oil, I work the cat litter into the oil stain with a brick.

   I had luck with Speedy-Dry ground into a few "Diesel" stains on an older concrete driveway.  Fresh concrete.... not sure?    Again, will it help with a gasoline stain,  Don't know.

 

   There is a liquid stain removal product that oil delivery companies have here in the Northeast they use on concrete for the inevitable spill.  So there is something out there..... I just don't know what it is?  I'll try and find out and post.
