Well, you DO have a point about old Ferrari car assembly.

Having worked on many different cars, as a hobby, I was amazed to find on the 308 what wasn’t welded in place, was pop riveted and what wasn’t pop riveted was glued and what wasn’t welded, pop riveted or glued was held in place by tiny 3 mm ultra fine threaded screws that removed the threads when I unscrewed them.

No wonder they built a rousing 3 per day.

Wot an experience.  Eh?

Someone once told me that when they assemble
a Ferrari, they start with the crankshaft and keep
adding parts until they have a completed car.  So
to service any item, you have to disassemble
in the reverse order until you reach the part
in question...............

Hey Hans – I am not replacing the radio – it’s the fuel filler rubber which may only require starting at the tail lights.  Ah ah ah

I think you have to disassemble the entire car,
starting with the headlights.
