Doug, your just another broker who had some photos and sent them out to anyone and everyone on the planet.

Iâve known John Hajduk, who had this car, for twenty five years, long before you know what a Ferrari was.

Iâve been discussing this car with John for several  years.

I bought the tickets, flew in, I took my own photos, I paid John Amette of Ferrari Classiche to fly in with me, I paid
the Classiche fees for the Classiche report and when I had a positive report from Ferrari Classiche I sold to the car
to our buyer.

You, like many dozens of other brokers who flogged this car, contributed absolutely zero to our sale.

Attached are a few of the photos I took with John Amette of Ferrari Classsiche and the car in question.

I also specifically asked John Hajduk if you (and a list of others) had anything whatsoever to do with this car.

He said you were just another guy (of many dozens) who called him about the car.

I repeat, you and your list of cohorts contributed nothing whatsoever to our sale.

If you have any other arrangement whatsoever with Mark Ketcham., thatâs your business.

My regards.

M. Sheehan.

Dear Ferrari Club Members,
Has anyone done business with Mark Ketchem or Mike Sheehan "The Ferrari Guy" and been ripped off after spending thousands of dollars and numerous hours locating cars the two of them? Please let me know. After spending numerous hours searching for the car, talking with the owner, two of us flew in to inspect the car and take pictures to send to Mark Ketchem and Mike Sheehan. I was told by Mike Sheehan to go Fu_K Myself, and if I though Mark Ketchem was going to pay me good luck. This is not how I expected to be treated by two known Ferrari Brokers. Dishonesty, lying cheating and misinformation in dealing with these two brokers.

The other brokers in locating the car and taking pictures, inspecting the car for Mike Sheehan and Mark Ketchem and also cheated out of due commission are: Ed Lucas, Jim Carpenter, David Sevart,Bruce Amster and myself. I am sure that Mark and Mike will come after me with their lawyers, but I have all the pictures, license plate number, persons of interest standing in front of the car and chassis number. Numerous emails sent back and forth dealing with this car. This is just a small example of what I am going to do to people who think because they are rich and have famous names can get away with cheating people doing all the work.

The FBI letter to the insurer makes it clear they took the car for a joy ride and crashed.
That doesn't give the FBI any right or privilege to secrecy.
At the moment those two agents stepped into the car and drove it for their personal enjoyment, they exposed themselves to individual accountability.  They need to lawyer up as individuals and deal with the consequences.

The US has a ruling class, above the law and privileged above the commoner.  I could go off on a rant about government corruption and self-declared immunity or the revolving door between Goldman Sachs and the White House, undeclared wars, Presidential orders of assassination, kidnapping and torture ... same old stuff for the last three election cycles.  Better get it right this time.

Suffice to give the warning that if you've got any money in US Government bonds, you better get it out now because a couple of government employees have got the keys and they've taken your money for a joy ride, but they don't know how to drive and they're about to crash it into a giant fiscal tree, then walk away untouchable.  Bernanke is driving, Geithner is in the passenger seat laughing himself horse.
