You went to a pool party with sharks and they tried to eat you?
Nobody could have expected that.

These people strike me as more infamous than famousl -- I'd rank them "second tier" at best; bottom-feeders for the most part.

These are the same types of broker-dealers that call me when I'm selling my personal car and explain how they would be doing me a favor to take that millstone from around my neck, how used car buyers are all time-wasters and "grinders" and how my options are zero for such an unappealing embarrassment of a car.  Unfortunately for them, they've neglected to keep track of me when I called a month earlier to see if they had a similar car to mine available, not as a buyer myself, but wanting to gauge the market -- of course, from the "sell" side of the deal, the car becomes the cherished prize of the cognoscenti, the "next one that will pop, it's already in hot demand and sure to double in price.  A very sound investment."  Ho hum.

Dear Ferrari Club Members,
Has anyone done business with Mark Ketchem or Mike Sheehan "The Ferrari Guy" and been ripped off after spending thousands of dollars and numerous hours locating cars the two of them? Please let me know. After spending numerous hours searching for the car, talking with the owner, two of us flew in to inspect the car and take pictures to send to Mark Ketchem and Mike Sheehan. I was told by Mike Sheehan to go Fu_K Myself, and if I though Mark Ketchem was going to pay me good luck. This is not how I expected to be treated by two known Ferrari Brokers. Dishonesty, lying cheating and misinformation in dealing with these two brokers.

The other brokers in locating the car and taking pictures, inspecting the car for Mike Sheehan and Mark Ketchem and also cheated out of due commission are: Ed Lucas, Jim Carpenter, David Sevart,Bruce Amster and myself. I am sure that Mark and Mike will come after me with their lawyers, but I have all the pictures, license plate number, persons of interest standing in front of the car and chassis number. Numerous emails sent back and forth dealing with this car. This is just a small example of what I am going to do to people who think because they are rich and have famous names can get away with cheating people doing all the work.

The FBI letter to the insurer makes it clear they took the car for a joy ride and crashed.
That doesn't give the FBI any right or privilege to secrecy.
At the moment those two agents stepped into the car and drove it for their personal enjoyment, they exposed themselves to individual accountability.  They need to lawyer up as individuals and deal with the consequences.

The US has a ruling class, above the law and privileged above the commoner.  I could go off on a rant about government corruption and self-declared immunity or the revolving door between Goldman Sachs and the White House, undeclared wars, Presidential orders of assassination, kidnapping and torture ... same old stuff for the last three election cycles.  Better get it right this time.

Suffice to give the warning that if you've got any money in US Government bonds, you better get it out now because a couple of government employees have got the keys and they've taken your money for a joy ride, but they don't know how to drive and they're about to crash it into a giant fiscal tree, then walk away untouchable.  Bernanke is driving, Geithner is in the passenger seat laughing himself horse.
