Larry,

I sure would consider that, and have just contacted them for a quote, so I can see how their price compares to Rutland's.  Really appreciate it.  (Thanks to Clyde too.)

Hello Larry -
Don’t know if you would consider used parts but this guy says he has a 92 TR that is being parted out.  Damage is in the rear so I assume the front chin is OK...(but you what what happens when one “assumes”.)
Winking smile   And he may have had the same problem with high curbs to climb ..

Good luck -

Subject: [Ferrari] Need 512TR Spoiler?

After too many encounters with low clearances for my car, I had to remove the black front plastic spoiler on my 512TR this morning after returning from its weekly "exercise."  I suppose I could resecure it (after bonding the approximately two inch long piece that tore off as I pulled into my garage), but -- not to diminish the importance of aesthetics (at least for those who like the appearance of a black spoiler on an otherwise red car -- I find it a bit discordant), and preserving original condition -- I find it difficult to believe it serves any significant function, at least at speeds not much in excess of 100 MPH.  So any good reason why I should repair/reinstall or replace it?

Thanks,
Larry
