if it is the cold start system( some of the blame excess oil usage due to 3000rpm b4 the block was warm) there is a thread on ferrarichat that tell how to properly disable( if I remeber right you 'short' it so that it thinks the engine is warm.  It was used to bring the cats up to temperture to meet emmissions.

What document are you referring to with those numbers?
There are electrically operated valves for the EGR, air diverter and for the
cold start system.

Your mechanic could make use of the proper wiring diagrams at
FerrariWiring.com or FerrariDiagrams.com.
