When the Ferrari F1 team drivers do this during the Factory introduction of a new production car, nobody batts an eye......when an owner does it, it's "abuse"? 

 

Please.  If Ferrari can't build a robust-enough clutch to handle the occasional goof-off session, then some aftermarket entrepreneur sure will.....viva la Engineering.  Somebody's mechanic will be grateful for the business.
