 The car was new and a New TR cost then in 1989 $165 k maybe and then they were going for maybe $200k because the dealers were gouging the buyers because “everyone” had to have one!

So lets say $200 k in 1989 dollars that was what 23 years ago

Take that same amount of money and throw it in the stock market back then even with the 2008 slump

Ugh you get the picture
