Friends,

I was so bummed it was like a repeat of when massa lost, if FA had been one place up or vettel a few places back....... goes to show every point counts. I am really pleased with Massa!!!
on fchat there is a long thread about how bad he sucks. the truth is I think after the terrible accident it took him longer to recover than we would all have wished. I am not sure any of
us could have pulled off what he did and glad he was resigned. Nothing would give me greater pleasure than to see him WC in 2013, mayan doomsday willing!!!!

NBC Sports has the contract for F1 in 2013. Looks like Varsha is staying with SPEED due to contractual issues. Hobbs, Matchett and Leigh Diffey will be calling the races next year, so at least there is some continuity.

A Very interesting race in Brazil today -- but even more strange was the comment by the SpeedTV commentators who said "this is the last race of F1 on SpeedTV" -   It seems that F1 is going to a new Network - has anyone heard what it's focus will be?   I hope the coverage of LeMans will remain 24 Hours long and as excellent as ever - I actually enjoy LM 24h more than F1 since the mid '90's or so -  maybe things will be better for sports cars and F1?  I certainly hope so -
