Michael, I'm open to any forms of procurement and enjoy burning calories also. Your suggestion could be a win-win.
Like the 550M wheels idea...any pics of this production? And how did it drive after?

Bigger brakes need bigger wheels, no? We had a guy in our group mount a big-brake kit, he bought a used set of 550 Maranello wheels, and split the rim, re-welding it to make the wheel more narrow to fit in the well. They looked really good.
Why are Ferrari 360 brake parts considered 'cheap' - compared to an aftermarket Brembo kit? Not sure anything "Ferrari" could be considered inexpensive unless procurement involved climbing a fence at a wrecker yard at 3:00AM.....
