Great workout, so long as you can out-run the pittbull 'guards' - how do you say "milkbone" in Jersey-speak?
I'd check Pizzaman Chris' car on FChat for the wheel re-build. They fit a stock tire size, can't recall what they were, but he's still riding on them. Pics of the welds might still be posted...its been awhile. I have also seen stock 360 and 348 wheels on a 308, but those required more 'engineering' on the tire size and wheel spacers to fit without rubbing.

Michael, I'm open to any forms of procurement and enjoy burning calories also. Your suggestion could be a win-win.
Like the 550M wheels idea...any pics of this production? And how did it drive after?

Bigger brakes need bigger wheels, no? We had a guy in our group mount a big-brake kit, he bought a used set of 550 Maranello wheels, and split the rim, re-welding it to make the wheel more narrow to fit in the well. They looked really good.
Why are Ferrari 360 brake parts considered 'cheap' - compared to an aftermarket Brembo kit? Not sure anything "Ferrari" could be considered inexpensive unless procurement involved climbing a fence at a wrecker yard at 3:00AM.....

What's the latest on 308 brake upgrades?
I have a buddy locally that has mounted 360 calipers onto his car with custom brackets...feel great and pretty inexpensive.
Anything else for less than $90k in parts?
