I agree completely! Then I
wondered if perhaps FoxSports now owns SpeedTV and
are possibly converting from Speed to
FxSports? I am really concerned that we may lose Speeds amazing
coverage of LeMans, Daytona and Sebring. I wonder if Speed will
still be available on DirectTV or DishTV? Maybe programming can be
downloaded from the Speed website? Guess I'll go searching.... At
this point i don't know whether to comlain to Comcast or
FxSports.... Larry On 8/16/2013 6:10 AM, George's Mail

I have been on travel a lot recently so may have missed any earlier discussion, but today I got a notice from Comcast that they are replacing SPEED-TV with FOX SPORTS 1. Although FS1 seems to have a reasonable lineup for NASCAR and MOTOGP, (the program listing only goes from I fear that most of the less popular race series and all the specialty car shows will be lost to MLB, NHL, NFL, UFC and the like. This is a sad day for me. SPEED-TV is my favorite channel. With 500 plus channels available and specialty channels for Golf and Tennis why do they feel the need one more generic Sports Channel?
