Yep, and although they were touting that you could still see MotoGP, it's tape delayed.  Cuz at live time they had to show college football highlights... Like at least 13 other networks.  Fox screwed gear heads.

it looks like most sports car content is being pushed way to the back of the closet.    "SpeedTV" is gone & replaced with FS1 so we are forced to NBCSP for F1 and sports cars although our local ABC affiliate aired the ALMS race in Baltimore on a taped delay.

I have been searching alternative programing like HULU and GoogleTV but the programs they air are typically aired at least 24 hours later than the original.  Most alternatives like to advertise "thousands of programs"
which usually end up as old episodes of Leave it to Beaver.  Hmmm....

I now have  the ability to feed my TV from my laptop but would like to find something other than Youtube to push there. I know Youtube has movies but we tend to watch 1 hour programs rather than movies.    Has anyone found full length coverage of major races?  My biggest concern is 24H Lemans but I doubt they will take the plunge to the new technology of streaming video even though they had pit cameras in past years...  they don't tend to be "Leaders".  I have no interest in Basketball, baseball (exc. the World Series) or football/soccer.

i hope everyone enjoys the Labor Day holiday - it's one of several holidays that make no sense to me...  but that's another story ...   :-)
