The reason is that they bought Speed for its channel space, not its content or 
brand. As difficult as it might be to believe in a world with seemingly 
hundreds of cable and satellite channels, those channels are a scarce and 
limited resource, particularly if they are for those that are designated as 
non-premium channels.
