I very briefly owned a 2003 996 and while it was a fine car I found it too clinical for my taste.  I am glad I do not still own it. Every once in awhile I look at the latest crop and think, well maybe I could give it another go... Not after reading this.  Seeing a company screw their customers does not give me a desire to buy any future products.
