Who is that Lister from Texas who sold/appraised/etc diamonds?

Take it to a locally owned jewelry store. They may buy it outright, or they may offer to sell it on consignment for you. Depends on your needs (need cash now, or can wait and take it as it comes). That's what I'd do. FWIW. :-)
