Thanks for all the congratulations! My youngest son (now 17), who rode home with me in the car when we bought it, went with me tonight. I reminded him about the trip 10 years ago he remembered that trip well. I need to get him some more practice with a stick shift and I might let him drive it...
I stopped to put in a fresh tank of gas and I got approached by a guy asking me why I wasn't sporting a Magnum mustache. He was nice though... As usual our wives have no worries about these cars attracting women. They only attract other men and kids... Ha!
Matt, I still remember the ride up to the dyno with the Pantera guys. I still can't believe you were brave enough to do that after being up so late the night before putting it back together. :-) I'd love to check out the Tesla sometime.
I also know I have a pretty decent oil leak. It is due for the belt service so I'm planning on addressing the oil leaks at the same time.

Scott,Good to hear from you on the list. I hope I've "sold" more than one or two Ferraris in my day by sharing the car, and I plan to keep doing that. :-) I took the 308 last weekend for the first real drive since October -- we had a little caravan with my wife in the Tesla and me in the 308 driving up to Sterling to get the Tesla wrapped and Modesta coated, it was pretty fun. Darn it if that Tesla can't spank the 308 though, but the 308 looks and surely sounds better....:-)-Matt
