And in reality, it probably can't be activated manually. Its contribution will be totally computer controlled - unless there is a specific algorithm for that eventuality.

I should think so, but got me thinking... The electric motor is intended as an "assist". I'm not sure if the have progressive control or if it is a toggle switch sort of application. If so, they'll have electric power, gobs of it, for a very short period.
But I know someone... I'll ask.
