Noticeably quicker than 328, and to me, the styling is nice (though I lament the fake air intake at the front). I also have a soft spot in my heart for it, because it had to carry the Ferrari flag against the NSX, and while it may have lost on paper, it did manage to show people that "soul" did count (and there was a claim at the time, that it was faster around the track then the current TR)... > and GM type air conditioning which the 308 lacked.
