Clyde,
Let's put this in perspective.... What's Warren Buffet money? About $50B?? That's $50,000,000,000. So let's say that he wants to drop $50M ($50,000,000) on said Ferrari. That's only .1% of his net worth. (someone smarter than me check this math..... Please!) To put it another way, if one earns, let's say $100K/year, it would be like spending $100 on something that one really, REALLY likes, that one believes will only increase in value, and gives great pleasure owning. I'd guess there are very few people earning $100K who would not spend $100 on something like that. For someone with Buffet kind of coin, $50M is like pocket change ("pocket fluff"?) to a mere mortal like me. In other words, someone with Buffet-like money won't even miss $50M dropped on a toy car. So instead, they should skip the car and give it to me - $50M will be a great deal of difference in my and my families lives. fwiw, ymmv, yadda yadda.... ;-) gp > Ok > Even if you had Warren Buffet money > Ask your self this > Is the car really worth that type of money? > What else could you do with that much coin ? > > Clyde |
