I visited the whole place with a group of maybe 10 people. Paint shop, 
engine shop, production/assembly line (the old one and the new modern one), 
engine testing place, leather/sewing department, even the Formula 1 shop. 
All in about 4 hours. Lots of things were amazing to see. But one thing I'll 
never forget is the guide when he told me everybody works 9 to 5, with no 
overtime, no weekends, a load of official holidays. At 5h00 pm a bell or 
siren was heard and EVERYBODY just suddenly stopped doing whatever they were 
doing and left the premise.
It looked like a fire drill, except it was not.
