I’ve seen a couple of reviews of that fact and the consensus seems to be that that particular corner worker is signaling green AFTER the accident, indicating that the drivers have passed the threat reason for the prior yellows and may resume racing. The camera angle makes that a little hard to judge, but I would think that sounds more logical than an idiot going into the accident curve…
