You're right Captain! When I get in on IPOS like this, I'll usually dump them shortly after they start trading. The Pumpers will usually drive the price up when (and before) shares are traded on the open market and then dump them to the uniniated. I've made a lot of fast bucks playing IPOS. ----- Original Message ----- From: <ferrari-request [at] ferrarilist.com>

How serious are they? Serious enough about raising capital to sell 10 percent of Ferrari, of which FCA currently owns 90%. Incidentally, Ferrari value estimates are as high as $12 billion to $15 billion. But the plan doesn't stop there. Ferrari's new boss, Fiat Chief Executive Sergio Marchionne (who recently replaced longstanding Ferrari chairman Luca Cordero di Montezemolo) has reportedly floated the concept of likewise raising Ferrari's annual production ceiling from about 7000 units to somewhere closer to 10,000 units. Despite its low production compared to giant multinational car companies, Ferrari's influence is felt everywhere, as FCA stock reportedly took an 18% bounce after news of the upcoming IPO broke. With Ferrari shares expected to be formally valued in mid-year 2015, the drama can only build from here._________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe or modify your subscription options, please visit: http://lists.ferrarilist.com/mailman/options/ferrari/clyderomerof4%40bellsouth.net Sponsored by BooyahMedia.com and F1 Headlines http://www.F1Headlines.com/-------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...URL: <http://lists.ferrarilist.com/pipermail/ferrari/attachments/20141031/311bdcce/attachment.html>------------------------------ Message: 2 Date: Fri, 31 Oct 2014 17:35:32 -0500 From: Rick Lindsay <richardolindsay [at] gmail.com> To: Ferrari List <ferrari [at] ferrarilist.com> Cc: The FerrariList <ferrari [at] ferrarilist.com> Subject: [Ferrari] F1 Message-ID: <hwu8o5vmrg83y0uh8ei2puew.1414794932012 [at] email.android.com> Content-Type: text/plain; charset="utf-8" Hey Gang,?It's F1-eve-eve and I'm wondering about what the future holds for F1. COTA is awesome but the grid is only 18 cars. Bernie warns that the grid could be even smaller for 2015, if something doesn't change! He also goes on to slam the 2014 power plant, and I have to agree. It is so freekin' complex that random errors are affecting the championships. And of course, the cars now sound like ricers. Now we have speed limiters activated remotely by Race Control! That is SO stupid. Perhaps Whiting will realize that when momentum puts some front wing up the ass of the remotely emasculated leading car!Yes, I still watch F1 but I no longer get up at 6:00am, excited to watch. And if I am 100% truthful, I fast forward through the boring bits and endless stream of commercials. The excitement is gone - and its not Mercedes or Ferrari's fault. Its like F1 has gone politically correct.
