Politics has never been a stranger to F1, for better or worse, it's all part of the entertainment.

Sent from my ATT Bell Rotary Dial Phone Yes, but Putin was also likely involved.
Sad when the politics are more interesting than what is happening on the track...
Sent from my iPad I'm sure it's anything but rubles. No flies on Bernie!
John
Sent from my ATT Bell Rotary Dial Phone Wonder if his Russia contract is in rubles, euros or pounds sterling?
Sent from my iPad That could work, realistic enough to fool most of the viewing audience. Only issue is Bernie will lose his exorbitant fees from the sites. He'll have to figure out a way to finagle a replacement for those lost $$$$.

Sent from my ATT Bell Rotary Dial Phone Simulator racing on a CGI track... woohoo!
Damn, you're right.
You can save even more money and get all of the drivers on an XBox 360, you could even cut out the travel costs so long as hackers sympathetic to North Korea don't try and upset the show.
Just rearranging deck chairs, you're watching
the death throws of the sport...

Oh, you were talking about the Drivers Championship, I have to disagree there too, this year that was the only point of contention.
I enjoyed F1 more when there was qualifying engines, back up cars, testing, tire wars ( when the makers developed the sticky tire that lasted the longest), fuel development.......
Remember when Prost and pushed his car over the
finish only to disqualified because the car had to be using it's own power.
