Hey Gang,
Looks like everyone BUT Honda will be allowed to upgrade their engines throughout the 2015 F1 season. WTF? While I agree that engine development goes to the heart of F1 continuous improvement, punishing the re-new-comer is just stupid. Anyone who knows anything about evolutionary processes knows that the species - be it animal or a sporting organization - survives and thrives by being a generalist, not specialized with frilly appendages (like 'new guy' can't play by our rules)! This applies to every dynamic thing, be it a sports organization, a snail darter, or a human being!
As much as I don't want to believe it, I think Erik's got it right.
