Sounds like the voice of experience.

BTW there is video of the crash (from a car dashcam) which seems to indicate the left prop was turning very slowly (though the frame rate of video may mask the actual speed).  Amazing some folks survived that crash.

TransAsia Airways Plane Crashes in Taipei

A TransAsia Airways plane carrying 58 people including five cabin crew crashed in a river in Taiwan's capital, officials said. 

The number of casualties wasn't immediately known. It is the second crash for TransAsia in seven months.
