I've seen them using those PITA recirculating fluid systems and on one car at Sears they even had passive radiators (inline).   Lots of power, great aero, brakes seemed to work great... But too F'ing heavy to do much more than mid pack.  

 

Ah well - Aren’t there F550 race cars?  If so, what do they do about over heating brake components?
