Ok putting this thing back in is as much a pain as taking it out Tips Assemble the unit Put some Ultra Gray gasket maker on the bottom part which attaches to the lower coolant pipe Now here comes the bitch part Putting in the 2 long screws that hold it in place It’s like trying to fuck someone with panty hose on You think you’re getting somewhere but all you’re doing is moving it around! So get a long drift pin in one of the holes to align the other one while you take a 10mm socket and extension and slowly and I mean slowly thread it in don’t double thread it or you will commit suicide Oh yea place some anti-seize on the bolt threads along with the brass nut bleeder nut on the top of the thermostat housing(which I have never used in bleeding the system) Once this is done the unit now aligned and you can push the hoses on the left side which are new Wew Almost done CLYDE In victory you deserve Champagne In defeat you need it!
