Unless you can handle high risk, I'd  say No NO. 'RACE' is below it's IPO 
price and on it's debute, there was a lot of 'Flipping.'
I don't see RACE going anywhere. Just jumping back & forth in its current 
range and probably going lower in the future.

I didn't buy the IPO though I was offered shares. Very risky!
