Here are some results from today (they continue tomorrow at 9h00 from Paris):

 

1957 335 sport scaglietti #0674 - 32,000,000 euros (Pierre Bardinon collection)

19?? 330 GTC gray - 260,000 euros

19?? 330 GTC sunroof , sort of brown/gold color - 280,000 euros "reserve not met".

19?? BB512 gray rebuilt by ferrari 350,000 euros

1973 Dino 246 gray - 300,000 euros.

19?? Lamborghini diablo purple 30th anniversary - 210,000 euros.

19?? Lamborghini diablo Keke Rosberg's, I think 5,400 miles - 170,000 euros

19?? Lamborghini Miura same owner last 36 years - 860,000 euros.

 

I watched a lot of it on the internet live. It's great to see how the french differ from typical american auctions. They had 4 guys with microphones at the front. They kept cutting each other all the time. There were always 2 guys talking at the same time or almost. When there were no bids, they would just keep talking, bragging about the car and this and that. Long silence, no bids still, keep talking. Time was not a problem.

In typical american auction, as soon as the bids stop, then that's it, the hammer goes down very quickly. Next car please. Only one guy speaks.
