Hmmmm... The hand alignment may be more my fault than Bob's. Although I do recall you mentioning that to me, I don't recall if I remembered to ask them to fix that..... I've probably still got an email somewhere.

The only issue is that although Bob's was asked to fix the arms so that the times lined up (that is, so that at the top of the hour the minute hand
pointed to 12), they did not do that. I just have to guess at which hour of the day it is, but other than that it keeps time perfectly. ;-)
