Is planned-obsolescence finally catching up to society?

Getting sick and tired of buying stuff that craps out way before it's time.

Grrrr...

Subject: [Ferrari] No Ferrari content, Dehumidifier Recall

Since the garage fire we had in April caused by a dehumidifier I am cautious.

I bought a couple of dehumidifiers from Amazon and they sent me notice that are subject to a recall.

I went to the link and it seem most dehumidifiers are made by one company and sold under different names. They are listed at the gov recall site.
