I haven't been part of the FCA in several years. For the RROC, I've always enjoyed the events I've attended. My only qualm is the national events are held at higher end places (that is, places that people who can afford a Rolls-Royce or Bentley can afford), but what can I expect, a national Rolls event at the Days Inn? For local events, we have technical sessions, we have drives, etc.

You guys really get a crap deal with the FOC. Here in the UK all events but track days ( which are subsidised) are free to members including Ferrari Racing Days at Silverstone, the concours , ect. All my area group meetings are about friends meeting up, cars, car trips and events ect. Nobody cares about plastic surgery, showoffs, or who has the biggest house. Must be a cultural issue.
